Modification. If We change this Agreement, We shall post a revised version of this Agreement, which shall automatically replace the terms of this Agreement. The revised version of this Agreement is automatically effective after it is initially posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site and the Services following Ticketbooth posting of a revised Agreement will constitute Your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If You do not agree with the terms of this Agreement or any revised version of this Agreement, do not continue to use the Services or this Site. To use this Site, You must agree to accept the terms in this Agreement. You may only use the Services if You can legally enter into and form binding contracts. If You do not qualify, do not use the Services.
Above Face Value. Tickets sold through Site are often obtained through secondary market ticket sellers and are being resold, in many cases, above the price or "face value" listed on the ticket. All ticket prices include additional service charges and handling fees as defined on each order. Site and Ticketbooth themselves are not directly affiliated with any performer, sports team, or venue; and Site does not act as a primary sale box office, unless otherwise stated. The user agrees that the purchase price for tickets on their order does not reflect the original purchase price of the ticket and may be either higher or lower than the original purchase price.
Permitted Use - You agree that you are only authorised to visit, view and to retain a copy of pages of this Site for your own personal use, and that you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on this Site for any purpose other than to review event and promotional information, for personal use, or to purchase tickets or merchandise for your personal use, unless otherwise specifically authorized by Ticketbooth to do so.
All sales are final. Since tickets are a one-of-a-kind item and not replaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If an event is postponed, tickets will be honoured for the rescheduled date. New tickets will not need to be issued. If an event is cancelled without a rescheduled date, User will need to contact the Ticketbooth for a refund. Ticketbooth will require the User to return the supplied tickets at User's expense before receiving any refund User is entitled to due to cancellation. Any shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Ticketbooth will not issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. When User receives tickets, User should keep them in a safe place. Please note that direct sunlight or heat may damage tickets.

Ticket Information. Event dates, times, venues and subject matter, which are listed on the ticket, may change. It is up to the Buyer to verify the most recent changes by contacting the box office or referring to official listings for any changes.
When will i get my tickets? Normally 1-3 weeks before the game - sometimes earlier depending on the match.
Substituted Seat Locations. Ticket listings are a representation of actual seat location. Tickets may be substituted with comparable or better seat locations - should these not be available other seats may be substituted with and/or refund given solely at the discretion of Ticketbooth. It should be noted that the maps are purely indicative of approximate locations and not necessarily exact (i.e. red zone will be as central as possible and may in fact be outside the 22m lines).
Dispute Resolution. After receiving the tickets, if a Buyer is dissatisfied with any part of the purchase the Buyer must notify Ticketbooth within 48 hours of the tickets being received.
Ownership of Intellectual Property. You acknowledge and agree that (i) our patents, trade marks, trade names, service marks, photographs, maps, copyrights and other intellectual property (collectively, "Intellectual Property") is and shall remain our sole property, and (ii) nothing in this agreement shall confer in You any right of ownership or license rights in our Intellectual Property.

Force Majeure.Ticketbooth shall not be deemed in default or otherwise liable under these rules and policies due to its inability to perform its obligations by reason of any fire, earthquake, flood, substantial snowstorm, epidemic, accident, explosion, casualty, strike, lockout, labor controversy, riot, civil disturbance, act of public enemy, cyber-terrorism, embargo, war, act of God, or any municipal, county, state or national ordinance or law, or any executive, administrative or judicial order (which order is not the result of any act or omission which would constitute a default hereunder), or any failure or delay of any transportation, power, or communications system or any other or similar cause not under Ticketbooth control (hereinafter all of the foregoing is collectively referred to as "Force Majeure"). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Ticketbooth shall be permitted to terminate this Agreement with or without notice to the USER in the event that Ticketbooth prevented from performing hereunder due to FORCE MAJEURE.
Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You consent to the non-exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of English courts.
Miscellaneous. This Agreement (and all documents incorporated by reference) constitutes the entire agreement between the parties pertaining to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, whether written or oral. No amendment, modification or supplement of any provision of this Agreement will be valid or effective unless made in accordance with the express terms of this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable under any circumstances, its application in any other circumstances and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement, or any of its rights or obligations, without the prior written consent of Ticketbooth which We can refuse in our sole discretion. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to confer benefits, rights or remedies unto any person or entity other than the parties hereto and their successors and permitted assigns. Our suppliers and co-brand partners are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement. This does not prevent us from varying these terms without reference to them. The title at the beginning of each paragraph of this Agreement is for reference purposes only and in no way defines, limits, construes or describes the scope or extent of such paragraph.
